Every batch of raw materials undergoes strict testing before warehousing, and we maintain long-term stable partnerships with reliable material suppliers to guarantee consistent quality and on-time production.
Standardized & Mature Production Workflow
Our workshop employs seasoned sewers with over 8 years of experience. We use auto cutting machines and rigid craft standards involving samples, size specs and material lists. Supervisors offer on-site guidance and stage-by-stage QC control for steady quality. All finished lingerie is fitted on mannequins before bulk packing.
Diversified & Attractive Custom Packaging
We supply multiple packaging options: moisture-proof OPP zipper bags, PVC boxes, drawer display boxes and letter boxes printed with copyrighted high-definition model images to boost retail sales. Custom brand packaging design is available. Outer shipments use 5-layer export cartons lined with bubble wraps to prevent damage during transit.
Comprehensive 8-step Full-Range QC System
We implement 100% full inspection covering pre-production equipment check, raw material test, craft assembly audit, sewing inspection, dimension measurement, mannequin fitting test and final finished product review. Stickers, barcodes and packaging details are double-confirmed before packing to eliminate defective goods.
Digital & Well-Managed Warehouse System
We use an ERP system for precise real-time inventory tracking. Key fabrics and fittings are pre-stocked to cut lead times, while finished goods are sorted neatly by style and size for quick picking. Continuous dehumidification maintains a dry warehouse environment, protecting fabrics from aging and stains.
Transparent Pre-Shipment Inspection & Tracking Service
We provide full production transparency: real-time photos of each production procedure, pre-packing box samples, labeled shipping cartons, shipping marks and truck loading snapshots. Online video unpacking inspection is also available, together with formal packing lists for clients to track bulk orders clearly.
Reliable After-Sales Quality Guarantee
We offer full quality after-sales support. If clients receive any unqualified products, they only need to provide defect photos, and we support free product replacement or equivalent credit deduction in their next order.
