Lingerie MOQ explained: what 120 pieces per colour, per size means for your first order.
For a style we develop from your design, our usual minimum is 120 pieces for each colour in each size. A style in two colours and two sizes is therefore 480 pieces. If that is too many for a first order, start from one of our in-stock styles under your label (usually around 36 pieces per colour, sizes mixed) or from ready stock (from 3 pieces per colour).
How the minimum is counted
A factory counts the minimum per SKU, and a SKU is one colour in one size. The reason is cutting: each colour is cut from its own fabric, and each size has its own pattern pieces in the marker. On our SD117 set, one lay holds nine sets of size M, so very small quantities per colour and size leave most of a lay empty.
These numbers are starting points, not fixed rules. For a first order, a mixed range or a fabric we already stock, we can often go lower. Tell us your quantities and we will tell you what is possible.

Three ways to start smaller
- Fewer SKUs in the first run. Launch the core colour in your best-selling sizes, then add colours once the style sells.
- Private label on an in-stock style. Choose from our 1,000+ styles and add your labels and packaging. On styles we hold in stock the minimum is usually around 36 pieces per colour, and sizes can be mixed.
- Ready stock. Take as few as 3 pieces per style and colour from our Yiwu warehouse, with sizes mixed, to test a range; orders ship within 3 working days.
What is not affected by the minimum
Sampling comes before any minimum: it is charged per style and credited against your bulk order. Labels, hangtags and packaging can be your own on every route.

Can different styles share one minimum?
No. For development, each style carries its own minimum and styles cannot be combined to reach it. Fabric is where there is room: fabric choices and quantities can be discussed.
